4 eggs, 2 oranges, 200 grams of nuts, ½ teaspoon of sour milk, 100 grams of dark chocolate, 200 ml of milk cream
First, put the oranges in a bowl of soda and water and leave for half an hour.
Care, grind, and throw into a small bowl.
Then cook for half an hour until it softens. Add it to the blender together with eggs, nuts and baking soda.
Place the mixture in a cake form and place it in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate and milk cream for a few minutes. Remove the cake and pour the chocolate mixture over it. It’s ready to serve!
